2007 Scholarship Application Checklist
The following completed documents are
required before the application can be processed:

of highest level of schooling attained and grade record (e.g. transcript)

Proof
of application to

Study
plan (statement of intent)
o
Two
(2) letters of recommendation
o
Photocopy
of applicant’s passport
These items must
be received by our office no later than March
