Taiwan is a safe place for American students to study this summer. All American university students can apply Tungahi University International College(IC) and CSAT Summer Mini-Semester Program. Visas for students will be issued via the Taiwan Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and the Consortium for Study Abroad in Taiwan (CSAT). Due to COVID-19, only MOFA can issue Taiwan visas for non-degree students. All fees will be paid to CSAT, which is managed by the Foundation for Scholarly Exchange (FSE, Fulbright Taiwan). Application material should be submitted to Tunghai IC by December 15 in order to process the paperwork for visas.
